Homeschool Wednesday: Creatures Tour
- Get Tickets
- Details
Throughout art history, animals and insects have been used as inspiration for artists in their work. The Creatures exhibition has an interesting twist, focusing on works that view animals as collaborators rather than simply subjects. Homeschool students will receive a private tour of this unique exhibition, followed by an art making activity in the CAC’s UnMuseum.
This program is designed for children ages 6-12 and their parents or caregiver. Space is limited. Tickets must be obtained in advance to reserve each child’s placement. There will be no charge for CAC members but registration through Showclix is required. There is a $5.00 charge per student for non-members. Registration for parents or caregivers is not required.
Homeschool Wednesdays is made possible in part by state tax dollars allocated by the Ohio Legislature to the Ohio Arts Council (OAC). The OAC is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically. Additional funding is provided by the Charles H. Dater Foundation and Louise Taft Semple Foundation.
