TENET Vocal Artists has long honored the incredible wealth of music composed for lent and Holy Week through their annual TENEbrae concerts. Our 2020 TENEbrae offering will feature the hauntingly beautiful Musikalische Exequien and other motets of Heinrich Schütz, a German Baroque composer whose music had an Italian flair that was inspired by his years studying in Venice with Giovanni Gabrieli. TENET Vocal Artists will team up with Dark Horse Consort, the early brass ensemble who are also members of the Green Mountain Project.
