Meat & Potatoes is hosting Green Flash Brewing Company on Wednesday, January 20th for a five course dinner with expertly paired beer tastings. Chef de Cuisine James Ciminillo with Pastry Chef Kayla Derbish created a unique and exquisite menu to enjoy with the best of Green Flash Brewing Company's offering.
The representative from Green Flash Brewing Co. will be on site curating the evening and offering guests special souvenirs and literature on the company.
First Course: Strip Steak - coffee butter / caramelized onions / smoked potato / demi
Paired with Cosmic Ristretto Baltic Porter with Espresso 8.2%
Second Course: Chicken + Biscuits - fried chicken thighs / white gravy / buttermilk biscuits / sausage

Third Course: Pork Belly - mole / radish / tamale / crispy pig ears / chimichurri / pig feet smoked beans / pickled serrano chilis
Pairing: Dia De Los Serranos Double Stout with Serrano Chilis 8.8%
Fourth Course: Smoked Brisket - ramen / miso broth / 6 minute egg / scallions / pickled mushroom
