Green Mountain Project: Claudio Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610

TENET’s highly acclaimed Green Mountain Project will mount its final and most ambitious rendition of Claudio Monteverdi’s masterwork Vespers of 1610, marking the 410th anniversary of the work’s publication. The cast will perform in New York City before traveling to Venice, Italy to Monteverdi’s final resting place. While in Italy, the Green Mountain Project will bid farewell and offer thanks to the artists, audiences, and supporters who have so generously made this project a tremendous musical and organizational success.
