Naughty or Nice, Frosty’s Hotel is a perfect escape to downtown Chicago for a day or evening experience while practicing safety protocols and enjoying the sanctuary of your own hotel room. In your room, enjoy our signature Frosty cocktails, order a Holiday dinner from the Hotel, and savor a cozy night of watching Christmas classics or playing your favorite reindeer games! Dogs & Cats are invited & welcome to cuddle in your room, however, ONLY registered guests will be allowed access to the holiday hotel.

Frosty's Christmas Pop-Up, a 4-star hotel experience, is located near Millennium Park. Steps away you'll dscover the Mag Mile Lights Festive, Maggie Daley Skate Ribbon, State Street Window Walk and Lincoln Park Zoo Lights. There’s “snow” place like Chicago and all the city sights and festive lights to celebrate the season!

Back by popular demand, Jack Frost Winter Walk Pop-Up & Christmas Tree Farm returns this year, captivating guests with its unique outdoor spectacular 2-acre Winter Wonderland on Goose Island, designed to accommodate social distancing.

Pick out the perfect Christmas Tree, capture Insta memories nestled amongst millions of sparkling holiday lights, or just enjoy some fresh air on a perfect midwinter evening as you wander largest, and only Evergreen forest in downtown Chicago.

Just like Santa, Frosty’s Christmas Hotel Pop-Up & Jack Frosty’s Winter Walk & Christmas Tree Farm only appears once a year, so secure your exclusive access now!

Per Covid Guidelines:
-Check-in any time after 3pm and Check-out by 10am.Pre-purchased access required. 
-A face mask must always be worn.
-100% Cashless.
-Only Guests with a confirmed reservation will be allowed into the Hotel. 
-Unless specifically indicated in room description, per COVID restrictions, room is not decorated with Holiday decor.
-To maintain social distancing, cocktails will be provided at Check-In for guests to take and enjoy in their rooms, with valid ID, 21+.
-Room maximum is 4 people and only 1 person can book a single room
-We have a very limited amount of rooms and expect to be sold out.
