Fear Factory Season Pass 2021

Includes 1 non-timed ticket (so you have the freedom to come whenever you come, or if it's with a group) VIP access per night, and includes your choice of a souvenir shot glass or equivalent gift-while supplies last (1 gift per visit), an exclusive SEASON PASS badge, decreased wait times in specialized VIP area, free downloadable group photo, and access to our interactive selfie/group photo stations. All entrants are required to complete their online waiver at www.fearfactoryslc.com, which will be checked prior to entry. Enter at your own risk. Fear Factory is one of the top Halloween attractions in the world, with 6 buildings, up to 6 stories high, with 2 underground passages, and is a massive haunted attraction in Salt Lake City, Utah, U.S.A. With awards ranking them as #3 in the world (buzzfeed.com), and top 10 in the US (USA Today & Travel Channel), Fear Factory has quickly grown to be one of Utah's - and the world's - favorite Halloween entertainment attractions. Its vastness requires a waiver to be signed prior to entry, and opens each fall, plus periodically throughout the year for special events. HOURS:

• Fear Factory SLC will be per our published calendar on www.fearfactoryslc.com. Tickets will sell out for this highly anticipated event, so purchase online and in advance.


• All tickets are now timed ticketing.  You’ll have a 30 minute window of time to enter the property.  Once on property during that window, you’ll queue up for entrance to the attraction.  Ticket time is for queue entry only, not actual time of entry into the haunted house attraction.  All ticket admissions do not include upgraded rides/options such as zipline, fear fall, fear sphere, VR experience, touch of fear, etc.  All entrants must have a signed waiver to accompany their admission, as waivers are required to enter.

DETAILS:

• Timed ticketing allows us to ensure the best customer experience in terms of wait times, customer spacing and overall fun. 


• All rules must be followed upon walking onto our property.  Rules are below and are posted throughout the exhibit.  All entrants are bound to these expectations via their legally binding waiver.


• You’re welcome to take photos of anything outside, however once you enter the haunted house attraction, photos and videos of any kind are not permitted.  Remember when posting content on social media to always CHECK IN, and use #fearfactoryslc-who knows, you may be a random winner of some fun gear, swag or free tickets!


• Parking is self-serve on 800 South, or you can take advantage of the FREE Zombie Bus, which is a shuttle-like service to/from The Gateway, however it's really more like a pre-party to our attraction.  


• Never bring or wear valuable items to our attraction.  We’re a very old, previously abandoned factory.  Phones, jewelry, clothing, shoes, etc. may be damaged, of which you assume full responsibility.  We do not issue refunds for damages that occur while attending, or on, our property.

 PREPARATION:

• As one of the top Halloween attractions in the world, prepare for an unforgettable experience, that is a perfect mixture of fun, laughter, fright, terror, and some more fun, all balanced in a safe experience.


• All customer restrooms are gender neutral and non-exclusive.  We want everyone to feel welcomed at our attraction.  Racism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, faithism, ableism, or any other form of discrimination and/or violence will not be tolerated at our attraction.


• Per our waiver and release, all captured content taken by or on property at Salt Lake Fear Factory (SLFF) of its guests and experience is the property of SLFF.  All captured content of SLFF posted publicly, by outside persons, is released to SLFF for public use. 

EXPECTATIONS:

•  There are no refunds for any reason.  All sales are final.  Enter at your own risk.  Should you need to change your time/date, use the customer portal via the email at your purchase confirmation.


•  Rules: You & your group will not be admitted, or risk ejection, if any of the rules are not followed....


• Don’t touch actors-It’s considered assault. Ticket holders must keep a 6’ distance from actors/staff whenever possible.


• Don’t touch the set or props-you will be held liable for damages.


• Don’t proceed on our property or into the attraction if intoxicated.


• Don’t tease, verbally assault or swear at actors-we’ll consider it harassment.


• Don’t run-stay on designated customer paths.


• Don’t bring weapons, cause damage of any kind, or be belligerent toward others


• Continue moving forward at all times-No stopping or slowing down, to ensure safety at all times.


• No cameras, flash, video or live streaming while in the haunted house.


• No smoking or vaping on our property.

You will experience intense audio, lighting, extremely low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, intense sound and lighting fx, and an overall physically demanding environment including several flights of stairs. You should not enter if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures from strobe lights,  physical ailments, broken bones, neck or back injuries, high blood pressure, respiratory or any type of medical condition, have recent or current fever or flu-like symptoms, or are pregnant or suffer from any form of medical disease including claustrophobia or fear of heights. You may be in close proximity with others (guests and/or actors/staff) during this experience, and customers may be required to wear a face covering/non-costume mask during their visit if required by the state of Utah. Wash your hands, and always use caution, before and after our attraction experience.

Please read all warnings before attending the haunted attraction.  For your own safety, you must understand the type of environment our attractions offer before entering at your own risk!  We do not know the health conditions of any of our guests, so we require all guests to read and understand all warnings before you enter.   Fear Factory requires all guests to follow all rules, regulations and understand you enter at your own risk.   You assume all risk to entering our attractions.  Please DO NOT attend our events if you have ANY type of health concerns or issues that may limit good judgement. 

Fear Factory reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.  

Do not enter the attraction if you are intoxicated or have any type of physical limitations.  Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs taking medication or using drugs that may impair judgement or mobility.    You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by staff. Fear Factory reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.  

Salt Lake Fear Factory reserves the right to shut down one or more attractions, or close the property, and/or postpone any events or shows due to inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstance, or government request or requirement. Upon an interruption of provided services, the first 30-45 minutes will be dedicated to necessary safety evacuations and identification of the cause. Following this initial period, it may require over 90 minutes to determine appropriate corrective action to restore our production of the attraction. Should SLFF experience total failure of services for more than 2 hours, or customers are unable to use their ticket due to sickness or injury, we will offer customers another ticket redemption, based on availability, for the face value of their ticket receipt. This offer is good for the remainder of the current operating season, or is valid towards a ticket or merchandise value one year from the original purchase date.  Customers must present their ticket receipt in order to take advantage of this offer. For any interruption of services causing our attraction’s closure, SLFF does not provide refunds, rain checks, or price adjustments.
