He may have played the straight man to Will Ferrell’s overgrown Santa’s helper in “Elf”, but actor-comedian Faizon Love is all laughs when he’s on the stand-up stage. The Afro-Cuban gentle giant got his start in stand-up at the tender age of 15, and has been cracking up audiences on stage and on screen ever since. He first made a splash as the drug supplier Big Worm in the Ice Cube film “Friday”, and has since appeared in numerous other movies, including “Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood, Money Talks, Couples Retreat” and “Ice Age”.
