Factory Obscura Presents: MIX-TAPE

Have you ever wished to have the entire Mix-Tape experience to yourself? Now is your chance.

Mix-Tape is NOW AVAILABLE for private experiences with groups of up to 10 people of any age.
(NOTE: Single-entry tickets are currently not available due to COVID-19 restrictions. Click for updates and details.)

Admission rates are the same regardless of the size of your group, but your group may not exceed 10 people (this includes children).

$250 - General Admission (up to 10 people of any age, 45 minutes)
$150 - Annual Passholders (up to 10 people of any age, 45 minutes)

Reservation includes agreement to all safety guidelines.

OUT OF AN ABUNDANCE OF CARE FOR FACTORY OBSCURA STAFF AND GUESTS, WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED RIGOROUS CLEANING AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS. ALL TICKET BUYERS MUST AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE MEASURES WHILE ON SITE. PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY. 

• Guests are required to wear masks while inside Mix-Tape. (Yes, it’s okay to remove your mask briefly for a photo.) 


• If you would like to experience MIX-TAPE without a mask, a sanitation fee of $350 must be paid in advance. 


• Upon arrival, all guests will be asked to sanitize your hands with generous amounts of hand sanitizer. Disposable gloves are available and optional. Restrooms are also available for hand washing.


• While inside the Mix-Tape experience, please make every attempt to adhere to social distancing guidelines, including at least 6 feet of distance between people who are not members of the same household.


• We encourage you to attend only with members of your household, or people you are already comfortable being in close contact with. If you or anyone in your household has experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, please contact us to reschedule your reservation. Symptoms include: fever, persistent dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19.


• Walk-in ticket sales are not available. Doors will remain closed and locked to the public, only opening for reservations.


• Please arrive on time for your reservation, and limit your Mix-Tape visit to 45 minutes. Normally we would encourage you to stay as long as you’d like, but under these circumstances we need to limit that time in order to avoid having too many people in the space at once.


• Gift shop will be open for shopping during your reservation time, but not open to the public. Purchases are card only, no cash will be accepted. After each transaction, countertops and point-of-sale equipment will be sanitized.

While at Mix-Tape, you’ll notice some changes to our staff and space.

• Our staff will be wearing protective gear, including masks and gloves. You’ll also see a clear protective window in front of our box office and gift shop staff. Thanks for working with us while we all adjust to these awkward barriers.


• While it’s always been important to us that we maintain a clean environment, we are increasing our cleaning procedures during this time. You’ll notice our staff continuously wiping high-touch surfaces such as counter tops, handrails, door knobs, buttons, crawling areas, etc. We use an all-purpose sanitizer that is safe on all surfaces, and non-toxic for people. 


• While the Mix-Tape experience is designed for touching, interaction, and exploration, we will be making some temporary adjustments to reduce unnecessary contacts. For example, curtains will be tied back and doors will be propped open wherever possible.


• Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the Mix-Tape experience, and we encourage you to use them frequently.


• The Mix-Tape experience will close for a period of time in the middle of each day, and reservations will not be available for this timeframe. This mid-day break allows our staff to complete a thorough sanitation of the space, and to take personal breaks for lunch and hygiene.

*** THERE WILL BE A $50 UP-CHARGE FOR THE 6:00-6:45 TIMESLOT EVERY FRIDAY DUE TO LIVE STREAM PERFORMANCES OCCURING INSIDE THE MIX-TAPE EXPERIENCE. SOUNDCHECKS ARE FROM 4:00-5:30 EVERY FRIDAY. PLEASE VISIT OUR FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, OR WEBSITE TO STAY UP-TO-DATE ON OUR PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE.

Tickets are only available online in advance. Your ticket is good for 45 minutes. Plans changed and can't make it on the date of your tickets? That's okay, we'll still honor your unused tickets on another day. Contact us to change your reservation.
