An annual highlight of the Australian makeup industry, the Face2Face Makeup Awards reward extraordinary makeup artists for their craft, creativity and passion. This is the must-enter competition for any makeup artist serious about their career.

Created to be embraced by artists as a supportive and inclusive space to put their skills under the pressure of a competition, the Awards provide a platform to grow as an artist at any level.

BEAUTY EDITORIAL (PHOTOGRAPHIC): Vogue - Cover shot 
Vogue is known for its exquisite fashion and beauty and their iconic cover shots. This year artists will create a beauty story fit for the cover of Vogue magazine. Each artist will create two high-quality beauty images that demonstrate their style and skills. Entrants to this category will receive an email with further information on submitting your entry.

CREATIVE MAKEUP (LIVE): A Fairytale Fantasy Saturday 24 August | 8:00am - 11:00am
In our most anticipated category of the Face2Face awards, this year artists will create a creative look inspired by their favourite fairytale. Let your imagination go free and see where it takes you, where everything and anything is possible. Body/face painting, embellishments and prosthetics are permitted in this category.

BRIDAL (LIVE): The History of Bridal Saturday 24 August | 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Bridal styles and trends have changed throughout history. Many of the beautiful looks we see today are influenced by our vast history. In this years bridal category artists will create a bridal look inspired by an era of their choice. Artists will have the opportunity to take elements from their favourite era adding your own modern twist to create your very own bridal look.

FASHION EDITORIAL (LIVE): Iconic Runway Saturday 24 August | 2:30 pm - 3:30pm
When you think of iconic runway makeup, names like Pat McGrath and Val Garland might come to mind. This year for our live fashion, editorial category Artists will create a look inspired by their favourite iconic runway moment. Be inspired by makeup that has shaped the runway as we know it.
