Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations®: Deep Dive Learning Lab -  APRIL Session

Vibrant Pittsburgh presents the Deep Dive Learning Lab, a full-day session that supports participants in understanding the business case for developing skills to engage in Bold, Inclusive Conversations® with The Winters Group, Global Diversity and Inclusion thought leaders, and provides the relevant data and findings on the influence of psychological safety on inclusion and innovation in the workplace. This session takes a deeper dive into the Model for Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations, as outlines in the book We Can't Talk About That at Work: How to Talk About Race, Religion, Politics, and Other Polarizing Topics, by leveraging case studies to practice engaging in team and one-on-one dialogue. Participants will leave the session with the prerequisites for effective dialogue on polarizing topics.
