A SAVE-THE-MAIN-STAGE WORLD PREMIERE BENEFIT– TWO WEEKS ONLY!

The year is 2040. Food is scarce, war is imminent, and the patriarchy dominates local tribes. A lone therapist sets up a practice in La Crescenta where she tries to help a young woman find a better life. But power and politics continue to dominate American life even in the post-apocalypse. End of Times Therapy, directed by Robert Yasamura, explores the themes of class wars, gender roles, romantic love and the therapeutic process in end of times Los Angeles and holds up a mirror to the times in which we now live.

Featuring stage and screen celebrities Abigail Marlow (The Sopranos, the Equalizer 2, Captain America, And Just Like That, CSI: Vegas, Arcane), Sarah Cortez (9-1-1, Angie Tribeca, Life by Ella, Long Shadows), Anthony Riggins Jr (Catfish Christmas – Apple TV), A.J. Castro (Dexter, Will and Grace, The coo Kids, Mr. Mayor, NCIS); Anne Gregory (American Crime Story: Impeachment, Parks and Recreation, HBO’s Funny or die Presets, Punk’d), with newcomers Will Nicol and Jim Coughlin.

Solange Castro is a writer, standup comic and playwright. She is the author of the original play, Changes In The Mating Strategies of White People, published by Broadway Play Publishing and the memoir, Salsa Chica: How I Learned To Dance Salsa And Avoid Real Life. The world premiere production of End of Times Therapy is a labor of love created by a community of artists and supporters collaborating to create something new and illuminating and profound. Says Castro, “I can’t think of anything healthier for a society to do.”

The beautiful Main Stage was destroyed in a water damage disaster in July 2024 - please join Solange Castro and her wonderful company of artists in helping to bring this iconic theatre back to life.
