Get ready for the powerful new feature film from director Gren Wells (“The Road Within”) and producers Brenda and Marc Lhormer (“Bottle Shock”). “Dear Zoe” stars Sadie Sink (“Stranger Things”), Theo Rossi (“Army of the Dead”), Jessica Capshaw (“Grey’s Anatomy”), Justin Bartha (“The Hangover”), Vivien Lyra Blair (“Obi-Wan Kenobi”), and newcomer Kweku Collins.

“Dear Zoe” was adapted from the heartbreaking and inspirational novel by Pittsburgh author Philip Beard. The screenplay was written by Pittsburgh native Marc Lhormer and Pittsburgher Melissa Martin. Filmed in multiple locations around the Pittsburgh area, “Dear Zoe” is a powerful story of grief and resilience told from the point of view of a 16-year-old girl; a coming-of-age drama in which teenage Tess is supported by her biological father - a lovable slacker from the wrong side of the tracks - and the charming juvenile delinquent next door on her journey of self-discovery in the aftermath of the death of her little sister.
