Built from the bar up in the city of Boston, Dalton & theSheriffs's Something From Nothing Tour is the perfect night out: equal parts hard-to-describe and hard-to-forget.In Boston, the band regularly headlines major Live Nation Venues. In 2023, the band booked the 5,000-capacity LeaderBank Pavilion on June 24th, before launching a residency at the Citizens House of Blues where they played seven headlining shows from August to December. In 2022, they were selected as opening week headliners at the brand new MGMMusic Hall at Fenway, alongside Chris Stapleton, Bruno Mars,and James Taylor.This independent band’s mission is spreading joy and building community through epic sing-a-longs. Whether it's a song from their road-worn catalog — or a cover that they play as if they wrote it — the band’s unique focus on funhas built satellite communities of 300+ in New York City,Chicago, Washington, DC, and Burlington, VT, with a growing presence in Los Angeles, San Diego, the Carolinas, and Denver.
ABOUT THE SHEA THEATER
The Shea provides performance space for a variety of attractions designed to appeal to the widest range of tastes. Musical offerings include folk, pop, rock, swing, jazz, country and traditional. Theatrical productions encompass musical comedy, drama, comedy, and political satire. In addition, audiences can take advantage of magic shows, children's shows and silent film revivals.
The Shea, with the help of a wonderful corps of volunteers, has been attracting a growing audience and as a result is bringing people into Turners Falls from an ever larger geographical area. This growth has put the Shea on a firmer financial footing, providing the basis for expectations of an even more exciting future for this vital community asset.
