The Country Lights Drive-thru will feature some new and some familiar lighting displays throughout Farmpark as visitors enjoy the experience during the month of December from the warmth of their own vehicles. Drive time will range between 20 and 45 minutes depending on weather conditions and vehicle operators (not including stops for food or toys).
Public health safety guidelines make our popular toy workshop impractical to operate this year. Families will have the opportunity, however, to purchase unassembled toy kits complete with instructions to assemble at home (kits do not include paint). Each toy kit is $5. To help us plan for how many kits are needed so that we cut and assemble enough, we encourage you to purchase the number of toy kits you'd like to pick up at the event when you buy your Drive-thru ticket. - Tickets sold ONLINE ONLY.
- Tickets are required and may be scanned directly from your mobile device at the event OR you may print them out and bring them with you.
- Arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your ticket time.
- This event runs rain, snow or shine!
- In the rare occurrence of extreme weather on your event date, follow Lake Metroparks on Facebook and Twitter for an event cancellation announcement.
- Go before you go! Restrooms are not available along the route so please plan accordingly.
- No vehicle parking at this event, please arrange any carpooling prior to arriving at the event.
- No limos, buses or oversized vehicles. Vehicle size limited to 20 feet in length, and 6 ½ feet width, for example a Ford F250 truck.
- For guest safety, all tailgates, van/car doors and hatchbacks must remain closed at all times. Riding in the back of a pickup truck is not permitted.
- Remain in your vehicle along the entire route.
- Lake Metroparks reserves the right to refuse any vehicle entry into the event if not in compliance with these rules.
