Steve Davis, Esq. Through his firm, Law Offices of Stephen L. Davis, Mr. Davis' practice encompasses copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, the Internet and e-commerce, and art law, as well as general business formation, finance, and operations. His practice is equally divided in these areas between transactional work, including advice, registration, and drafting contracts, and litigation. Steve has extensive experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts, and has prosecuted misdemeanor and felony criminal cases as a deputy district attorney with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
Brad Heisler, Esq., Principal attorney of Heisler & Associates, a patent law firm in
Roseville, California. Mr. Heisler is a registered patent attorney and California lawyer who has been helping inventors obtain patent protection and handled a wide diversity of patent related transactions and disputes in over 20 years of service to the Sacramento area innovation community.
