Christmas Light Spectacular

The highly successful Christmas Light Spectacular returns in 2022! Take in the twinkling lights surrounding the farm as seen from our tractor-pulled holiday wagon as you spend the evening with family and friends. Tickets must be purchased online.  No walks ups will be accepted.  Christmas plants, baked goods, hot chocolate, hot cider and more will also be available for purchase inside our market.  


Last year over 11,000 people came through our gates for the Christmas Light Spectacular.  This event is our largest  fundraiser and  helps to keep the farm and its programs running through the winter months. Tickets do sell out.  


Special Notes


No credits or refunds will be issued. Tickets can only be exchanged online according to availability. You must make the exchange before your original scheduled time. All exchanges must be completed online.


Weather Considerations:  Wagon rides will continue to operate in light snow and rain so please dress accordingly.  If inclement weather or hazardous road conditions occur, Allaire Community Farm will display a  WEATHER CANCELLATION update on their social media and website by 4 pm. The event will proceed as scheduled if no update is posted.  Allaire Community Farm makes all decisions regarding weather with safety in mind. 


Following a weather cancellation, tickets may be transferred to another date, according to availability. Ticket exchanges must occur before your original scheduled time purchase. A ticket exchange link can be found in your initial ticket  order email.  All tickets not rescheduled in the stated time frame cannot be rescheduled or credited.

Ticket Purchase



  • Can I get a group rate?  Group rates are not offered

  • Are there special rates for children?  There is one set fee for those two and over.

  • If my child is on my lap, do they still need a ticket?  Tickets are required for everyone 2 and up.

  • Can I purchase tickets at the door?  Tickets can only be purchased online.  No walk ups allowed.


Event Details



  • How early should I arrive?  Rides leave continuously and are every half hour according to your ticketed time. Please arrive within 10 minutes of your ticketed time.  Rides are not guaranteed for those arriving 30 minutes past their ticketed time.

  • How long is the ride?  The ride is approximately 15 minutes

  • What should I bring?  A blanket or appropriate rain gear.

  • How many people will share a wagon?  Holiday wagons hold up to 25 people.

  • Is there hay on the ride?  No hay is used in our holiday wagons.

  • Will I see or can I visit the animals? No, the animals will be secure in their housing for the night.

  • Can I walk around the farm? No, the farm is closed and can only be seen from the holiday wagon.

  • Will there be food available? Our Market will be open with baked items, hot chocolate, and other merchandise available for sale. Credit cards are accepted.

  • Can we bring our own food and snacks?  No outside food is allowed.

  • Will Santa be available for pictures?  Depending on his availability Santa will only be seen from the holiday wagon on certain nights.  

  • Can I speak to someone about the event? Phone calls and emails will not be returned.  All details are found online through the online listing.


Cancellation and Weather



  • Will you cancel for rain or snow? Holiday Wagons will continue in light rain and snow.  Please dress and plan accordingly.

  • How will I be notified if you cancel?  A weather cancellation will be posted by 4 pm on our website and social media.  If no update is posted, the event remains on schedule.

  • Under what conditions will you cancel?  Allaire Community Farm makes all decisions regarding weather with safety in mind.  The event will be cancelled in case of severe inclement weather or hazardous road conditions.

  • What happens if I can’t attend, and I am unable to reschedule?  There are no refunds.  As a fundraiser, your ticket still supported a good cause that benefits our rescued animals.

  • Can I get a refund if someone is sick?  There are no refunds for any reason.

  • Can I get a credit?  Tickets can only be transferred online.  No credits are issued.

  • How do I transfer a ticket?  Transfers must be done online and must occur before you original ticketed time.  Instructions on ticket transfer can be found in your original purchase email.

  • Can I speak to someone about transferring my ticket?  Phone calls and emails will not be returned. 


 


About our Farm


Allaire Community Farm is a sanctuary where passionate people make an impact on the community by creating an encouraging environment that fosters healing and hope. We are a commercial farm with a mission of inclusion. We seek to utilize our rescued animals and working farm environment to nurture through nature. Our focus population is special needs individuals, at-risk teens who deal with depression or anxiety, and veterans who suffer from PTSD. Our goal is to assist those with special needs or mental health issues to reach their highest potential while enabling them to become productive members of society. Further, our gardens and greenhouses support local families battling cancer by supplying them with weekly free produce.
