Chinese New Year International Dinner

                          Celebrate Chinese New Year at Folkmoot

Folkmoot is partnering with Western Carolina University's Office of International Programs & Services to celebrate the year of the rooster with a Chinese New Year celebration in Waynesville.  This lively event will feature Chinese food, crafts and traditional Chinese New Year activities Saturday, January 28 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.  This event is held in the Folkmoot Center cafeteria. 

Da Asian Kitchen will prepare egg rolls, fried rice, white rice, vegetable stir fry, chicken and vegetable stir fry and a dessert for attendees. WCU students and faculty will assist with hands-on new year activities and cultural sharing. 

Advance Tickets:

$8 Children 17 and under + $10 Adults + $35 for families of four or more

Door Tickets:

$10 Children 17 and under + $12 Adults + $40 for families of four or more
