Show Info 
The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo – is a comic book, cosplay and pop culture convention spanning the latest and greatest from the world of comics, movies, television, toys, anime, books, and video games. C2E2 gives fans a chance to interact with their favorite creators and celebrities, as well as make new nerdy friends, in downtown Chicago.

Tickets purchased from now until April 5 will need to be picked up at Will Call. Will Call is going to be open during the following hours.

Age Restrictions 
Children 5 and under will be admitted for free all weekend and no ticket is required. 3-Day Kids tickets or Sunday Kids tickets are only valid for children between ages 6-12. For those 13 and over purchase of an adult ticket is required. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite. Please note, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.

Ticket Mailing Deadline
If you are purchasing your ticket(s) on or before 11:59 PM CST on March 9, 2018 your badge(s) will be mailed via USPS to the address you enter. If you order 5 or more tickets, please note that priority shipping will be automatically added to your order to ensure delivery. 

After February 16th, we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address. Please note that badges will not begin to mail until the end of March.

Please Note: All merchandise purchased in registration from March 21st  – April 5^th  will not be mailed. You can pick up your order onsite at the show store. Instructions for onsite pick up will be sent out via email prior to the show.

C2E2 has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behavior, C2E2 Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from C2E2 with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, fans (attendees), speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers, and security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep things fair, we have a limit of 8 tickets per single day or multi-day Ticket types and a limit of 4 VIP tickets. If we determine that you are ordering under different names, multiple e-mail or multiple mailing addresses to order over the set limits, all of your orders will be cancelled immediately. Any and all scalpers that are identified will have their order(s) cancelled and ticket(s) voided.

C2E2 tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-upgradeable and non-resellable.
