Burbank Card Show, also known as "Burbank Card Show", is one of the largest Trading Card and Collectibles events in North America and will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center from August 31 to September 3, 2023. BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE

Buy your Tickets now so you can take advantage of Ticket digital mailing and bypass the lines at the Registration booth!  For the convenience of our attendees, Burbank Card Show will be emailing QR Tickets to customers starting on May 19th. All orders placed at the event must be purchased at the Registration booth.

NOTE: Tickets can only be sent to ONE EMAIL ADDRESS per order. The Buyer is responsible for distributing Tickets purchased for other attendees once received.

Tickets Purchased for Another Person 

If you are buying a Ticket for a friend, family member, or relative, then you will need to transfer (“assign”) the Ticket to that person by entering their individual email address during checkout when placing your order.  ALL Tickets must be assigned to an individual Ticket holder.

If you do not know or are unsure of the person's email address, you can enter your own and proceed to process the transfer request in your ShowClix account after you have completed your purchase.  For instructions on how to access your ShowClix account, verify your Ticket order, and/or transfer a Ticket to someone, please contact us contact@burbankcardshow.com for help. 

NOTE: You must transfer any duplicate Tickets purchased (during checkout or in your ShowClix account) since our policy only allows a single Ticket per day per attendee. Any duplicates are subject to cancellation. The only exception would be an adult Ticket (4-Day, 1-Day) purchased for a minor (any child age 17 or under). If this is the case, you can email contact@burbankcardshow.com so we can add a note to your order details.  

Child Tickets

Children ages 12 and under are FREE ADMISSION. Please note that Child Ticket MUST be added and can only be carted with another General Admission Ticket. 

If you have already completed your purchase of General Admission Ticket(s) but you need extra child Ticket(s), please contact contact@burbankcardshow.com for assistance.

Child Tickets are tied to the Buyer upon purchase and cannot be transferred to another ShowClix account.  Therefore, it is recommended that the parent or guardian who will be accompanying the child(ren) while participating at Burbank Card Show (per the Age Restriction Policy posted below) purchase these Tickets.

Registration Assistance & Ticket Pick-Up 

Booth hours of operation are as follows: 

• 9/1          11 am – 6 pm 


• 9/2          10 am – 6 pm


• 9/3          10 am – 3 pm 

*VIP PASS HOLDERS have access Thursday Aug 31st from 5pm-10pm

Note:  The Registration Booth and show schedule will end early on Sunday, September 3, 2023.  Please check the hours of operation on the Burbank Card Show website and plan accordingly.  No refunds will be issued if you fail to pick up your Ticket before the booth closes, especially for 1-Day Admission Tickets. 

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy
By registering for a Burbank Card Show credential, you agree not to sell, trade, or share your promotional code, email confirmation, or Ticket. If Burbank Card Show (BCS) determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any BCS policies, BCS can cancel your credential(s) and keep any money paid by you. Confirmations and/or credentials that have been sold or provided by anyone other than BCS will not be honored.

You must register an individual name for each credential and each name must match a valid government-issued photo ID. If BCS determines you have purchased more than one credential in your name for any day, BCS has the right to cancel your duplicate credential(s) and issue you a refund less the processing fee.

EVENT CANCELLATION

BCS reserves the right to cancel or postpone Burbank Card Show, or any part of Burbank Card Show, on limited or no notice in BCS’s sole discretion.  In the event of a cancellation or postponement of Burbank Card Show, BCS shall not be responsible or liable for any costs, damages, fees, expenses, or other compensation associated with Burbank Card Show.

Refund Policy
All sales are final for all credential purchases and, therefore, non-refundable. Please review all items in your order before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the items you intend on buying.  

Any and all payments made to BCS are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure or inability to use Credentials due to illness, epidemics, pandemics, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, cyber attacks, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases. BCS will not issue refunds, deferrals or credits for Credentials that have been revoked.

All credentials are non-transferable to any other BCS event.

BCS reserves the right to change the Refund and Transfer Policy at any time without notification.

Upgrade, Downgrade, and Exchange Policy
You can upgrade your (1-Day to 3-Day or 3 Day to VIP) credential, based on availability, by sending an email to contact@burbankcardshow.com on or before August 31, 2023.  

Downgrades are not permitted. 

You can exchange your 1-Day credential for another 1-Day credential, based on availability, by sending an email to contact@burbankcardshow.com on or before March 31, 2023.

Credentials and Entry Policy
For security reasons, and to allow entry into Burbank Card Show, all attendees must present their Digital Ticket and always wear any required wristband credential while onsite or at any other venue/location utilized for Burbank Card Show as follows:

• Digital Tickets must be affixed on the Burbank Card Show-issued QR email or Ticketing app


• Wristbands must be securely affixed to the Attendee’s wrist and remain on the Attendee’s wrist throughout Burbank Card Show.


• Tickets for additional events produced by Burbank Card Show, such as trade night, special events, grading services and discounted services, must be presented during check-in via physical ticket or on a digital device.

Each Attendee must retain possession of their own credential for the duration of Burbank Card Show and may not loan or give the credential to anyone else. If Credentials are not worn or presented correctly by an Attendee, BCS reserves the right to refuse admission, service, and cancel the Attendee’s credential at BCS’s sole discretion without liability. All credentials are the property of BCS and must be relinquished to BCS upon request.

Age Restriction Policy
Purchase a credential appropriate for the child's age on or before the first day of attendance at Burbank Card Show 2023.  

• Children ages 12 and under are free and not required to wear a credential. 

Attendees aged 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, age 18 or older, for the duration of their time at the event. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult if required to pick up their Ticket in Will Call at the Registration Booth. We recommend attendees ages 13-17 have a parent or guardian close by for the duration of the event. 

Any event designated 18+ will require attendees to have a valid government-issued photo ID that shows date of birth.  

On-Site Credential Pick-Up Policy
The Buyer may pick up all credentials in their order or each individual Registrant can pick up their own credential. Upon arrival, you must present your registration confirmation email and a valid government-issued photo ID. This should match the Buyer or the Registrant’s name/information to pick up your credential.  Your registration order confirmation is also available in your ShowClix account (My Tickets) under the My Events tab.

All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who must present a valid government-issued photo ID, to pick up their credential.

Ticket Transfer & Activation Policy
Every credential must be registered to a unique attendee. If credentials are purchased for others, it must be transferred to that intended recipient.

Child credentials are not transferable in ShowClix MyTickets accounts. Any child credential transfers required after purchase must be requested via email to contact@burbankcardshow.com.

Every credential must be activated to participate at Burbank Card Show 2023.

Lost Credential Policy
Lost credentials are subject to a reprint fee. To purchase a credential reprint, go to the Registration Booth for assistance.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS 

• Masks: Not required, but recommended.
