On the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s murder, jazz composer-trombonist Craig Harris returns to BBG to perform “Breathe,” a series of compositions that look at the need for us all to breathe in order to survive as a society and as a planet. The performance takes place live on Cherry Esplanade and the Robert W. Wilson Overlook, where Harris will be joined by a 25-person brass ensemble.
The Garden is offering extending evening hours and pay-as-you-wish admission for this special event.
Admission is by advance ticket.
- Enter at 990 Washington Avenue (Visitor Center)
- Performance begins at 6:45 p.m.
- Last entrance at 7:30 p.m.
- To preserve social distancing, ticket quantities are limited.
All visitors must present ticket for entrance. Children under 12 accompanied by ticket-holding adult must have a free Child ticket. Members with free tickets must also present membership card or confirmation email plus photo ID to enter. Affiliated Organization ticketholders must present program ID with free ticket to enter.
