Brave Church

​The ability to confront one another with love, speak truth when it’s scary and navigate way-finding conversations in order to determine congregational values are skills that always uphold the healthy functioning of the Body of Christ.

In an increasingly divided landscape of politics and faith, these skills have become critically important for congregations desiring to foster genuine, healthy unity and faithfully behave as a representation of Christ in the world.

Brave Church was created to equip pastors and faith leaders to embrace brave conversations as the birthplace of true unity, and to navigate them with honesty, clarity and compassion.

Additionally, this program seeks to provide church leadership with tools and materials to pass along this knowledge through discussion groups, Sunday School classes or however a church deems most appropriate for their congregants.

Brave Church participants will finish the program equipped to:

• Help congregants navigate conflict with one another honorably and lovingly
• Equip congregants with tools for navigating conflict within their families or social circles outside of the church
• Identify and address problematic behavior within church membership
• Facilitate important way-finding conversations within the congregation on divisive topics 

The core purpose of this program is to equip the Church for brave conversations that build unity, provide clarity and offer accountability where needed.
