What to Expect

Children's Hunger Fund is excited to welcome the clients and families of Bolton & Company to Poverty Encounter!  Journey into the lives of children living in poverty around the globe in a multi-sensory, interactive environment. Poverty Encounter is a 16,000 sq ft immersive and educational exhibit that takes you on a journey into the lives of children living in extreme poverty around the globe.  At Poverty Encounter, you will:

• Step into four countries in the developing world


• Hear stories of heartbreak and hope


• Pack food that will be sent to children in need

Individual event: Friday, June 7th 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Guests have the opportunity to tour Poverty Encounter as an individual, and serve those in need by participating in a volunteer food pack.  To select this option, select Friday, June 7th on the calendar.  Tickets are $7.00 per person. 

Family event: Saturday, June 8th 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Guests have the opportunity to tour Poverty Encounter with their families (all ages welcome!) and serve those in need by participating in a volunteer food pack.  To select this option, select Saturday, June 8th on the calendar. Tickets are $7.00 per person, children 5 and under are free.
