Anime Expo 2019 to Host Exclusive Screening of
"POKÉMON: MEWTWO STRIKES BACK—EVOLUTION"

We’re excited to announce an exclusive screening of the 22nd film in the Pokémon franchise, “Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back—Evolution,” which features a new CGI format and revisits the story of the classic film Pokémon: The First Movie, which debuted in Japan in 1998.

Joining the event for their first overseas convention appearances are directors Kunihiko Yuyama and Motonori Sakakibara and voice actress/singer Rica Matsumoto (Ash).

PREMIER FAN PRIVATE RESERVATION WINDOW, starting Monday, 6/24 @ 6 pm. 
A limited quantity has been allocated for Premier Fans - 1 admission wristband per person.  For all Premier Fans able to reserve a wristband, they MUST pick up their admission wristband in the Premier Fan Lounge on the day of the event (Thursday, July 4) starting at 9 am.

General Attendee Reservations begin on Tuesday, 6/25 @
6 pm.
You are allowed to reserve 1 wristband per order and you MUST enter the name of the "ticket holder."  This is a WILL CALL pick up item.  You MUST go to a Will Call window at the Ticketing Booth, starting at 8 am on Thursday, July 4, to pick up your admission wristband for entry to the event.  For pick up, please bring your confirmation email or show your QR code via mobile device and be able to show your AX attendee badge valid for the day of the event and a Government-issued photo ID which matches the "ticket holder's" name on the order.

There are a limited number of ADA and wheelchair seats for distribution on a first come, first serve basis.  They will be issued based on time request has been received per the release times listed above.  In your email, in the Subject Field please put "ADA Request:" followed by event name.

NOTE:  Wristbands will be applied by a Ticketing volunteer when you pick up at the Ticketing Booth.  Please do not tamper with your admission once applied.  If your wristband appears to be tampered with in any way when presented for entry at the door, SPJA/Anime Expo has the right to deny entry to you. 

No replacement for lost or damaged wristbands.

Additionally, please note that ANY use of electronic devices during this event is strictly prohibited.  There is a zero tolerance policy for the use of photo or video recording devices used in our programming rooms unless otherwise specified.
