Event Description
In keeping with our farm traditions, Chef Paul Virant of Vie and Vistro Restaurants will be crafting a French-inspired spring meal featuring pasture-raised Katadin lamb from Caveny Farm (Monticello). On the eve of Mother’s Day, this dinner is the PERFECT gift for the special “moms” in your life. Cream of ramp soup with smoked trout, asparagus, fresh chevre and rhubarb will round out this elegant dinner fête. Ticket price does not include alcoholic beverages, which are available for purchase at the farm.
