Artist Workshop: Massage as necessary

Join local multimedia artist Jenny Roesel Ustick in the transformation of clothing with a past. Inspired by the exhibition Unraveled: Textiles Reconsidered, this two-day workshop invites you to deconstruct and reconstruct your disused garments to create new meaning. Participants will supply fabric from t-shirts, blankets, and more, using a variety of fiber-oriented alterations to transform garments into thought-provoking objects using printmaking, sewing, embroidering and various other techniques.
