A showcase of the best of Japanese pop culture in the biggest city in America, Anime NYC brings anime fans and publishers together for three days of unique exhibits, exclusive screenings, extensive panels, and appearances by some of the biggest creators in Japan. Ticket Mailing
If you order your tickets by October 10, 2017, you’ll get them mailed to your door. If you order your tickets after October 10, 2017, you’ll need to pick them up at Anime NYC. If you’re coming from outside the United States, your tickets will not be mailed at all and will be waiting for you when you arrive at Anime NYC. Any merchandise you order will not ship, and will be held for pick up at Anime NYC.

Who Needs A Ticket?
All attendees six-years-old and up need a ticket for Anime NYC. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while attending.

Harassment
Anime NYC is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience, and we have zero tolerance for harassment, groping, stalking, or inappropriate photography. Anime NYC is an open celebration of anime and its fans, and harassment of any kind is the opposite of the community we want to create. If you feel uncomfortable or harassed, please speak with a staff or security member so we can make it right. Harassment of any kind is unwelcome at Anime NYC and will not be tolerated.

Scalpers
Don’t try to scalp tickets. Any and all scalpers we identify will have their orders cancelled and tickets voided.

Refunds
Just like a ticket to concerts, sports, and pretty much everything else, all ticket sales are final with no refunds or cancellations. Wanna upgrade your ticket? We’ll do our best to accommodate as long as the new ticket you want is still available.
