What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
What fees are added to my tickets?
Taxes and Showclix processing fees are added at checkout and are a percentage of your total ticket price.
What if I haven't received my ticket?
First, check your spam/junk folder for your Showclix order confirmation. If you still can't find it, you can click here to access the Showclix Help Center:
Are kids free?
Kids passes are for children 6-12 years of age. Kids 5 and under are free with an accompanying adult 18 years or older.
If I purchase an adult Flash Pass do I also need to buy one for my child?
Children 12 and under would not require a flash pass.
If I purchase a Flash Pass am I guaranteed to get my celebrity's autograph?
Flash passes do not guarantee celebrity signatures.
