The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Triangle Tour of Residential Architecture showcases architect-designed homes throughout the North Carolina Triangle region. This is your opportunity to see some of the best residences in the Triangle, get ideas for your own home, and ask questions about architecture, materials, construction, technology. Architects and docents are available to answer your questions all day!
The 2023 residences were reviewed by the task force to confirm the homes met the selection criteria. We are proud to present the eight residences selected for the 2023 Tour of Residential Architecture:

Tickets for the 2023 Residential Tour, a self-guided tour open to the public can be purchased online or at one of our ticket locations.
2023 Ticket Prices: Early Bird pricing until Aug. 13th
Full Day Pass: $35 $25 Full day pass admits one person to all 8 residences.
Family Pass: $65 $50 Family pass admits two adults and up to four children to all 8 residences. (Children age 10 and under are free).
Student/AIA Member Pass: $25 $20 can be purchased with valid student/AIA ID. Admits one Student/AIA Member to all 8 residences.
Single Residence Ticket: $10 admit one adult/child to one residence. Single residence tickets can be purchased the day of the tour only.
