Wined up for the holidays with a very special visit from Pierluigi Giachi, owner of the Tenuta Torciano Winery in San Gimignano, Italy. Ten Tuscan wines, from Vernaccia to
Brunello & into Ice Wine, enhance a savory tapas style menu prepared by Chef Giuseppe featuring artisanal biscotti, olive oils and balsamic vinegar. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the earthquake victims in Abruzzo.

~ Antipasto Plate (wines 1-3):Prosciutto di San Daniele, Auricchio Sharp Provolone, Parmigiano, Grilled Bell Peppers, Marinated Eggplant, Olives, Taleggio, Garlic Crotone

Tuscan Ribollita (Wines 4 & 5)
Wild Mushroom Bruschetta (Wines 6 & 7)
Tuscan Beef Spezzatino (Wines 8-10)
