The highlight of the Downstate Luncheon will be an inspiring keynote by Ingrid and Amy Hopkins, owners of Hopkins Farm and Hopkins Heartland in Lewes, Delaware.  For the firsr time in the Hopkins tradition of passing the farm to a male successor, two women are running the family business which has been in operation for more than 100 years.  These 5th generation owners are redefining what it looks like to be a farmer and expanding the family buisness with an eye on the future.
