Push your body to the brink with super-charged, all-day group fitness classes- including a mass class led by Jillian herself! Post-workout cool down at the SHAPE Escape resort with pampering, giveaways, shopping, and more.

BODYSHRED with Jillian Michaels: America's Favorite Trainer brings you her revolutionary, whole body, metabolic conditioning workout. This high intensity class will have you burning crazy amounts of calories and incinerating fat not only during the workout but hours after this incredible event. Define muscle and condition for peak performance using Jillian's 3-2-1 interval/circuit training approach– 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of core, all packed into a fresh and fun 30-minute workout.


Full Body Cut with Natalie Raitano: This boot camp-style workout includes a quick warm-up followed by a series of 5-minute full-body circuit exercises (think military drills and balance testers). Then, conclude with a 5-minute cool down. Expect to sweat!


Flow Yoga with Kenta Seki: Start your morning off right with sun salutations on the beach. This light but athletic style yoga class led by Kenta includes flowing movements that will warm up your body and increase flexibility. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT.


NEW Supermodel Secret Weapon with Andrea Orbeck: Andrea Orbeck, the muscle whisperer to some of the most beautiful bodies in Hollywood, teaches her famous moves to tighten and tone your arms, butt, and abs for summer!


Yoga X with Tony Horton: You may have done yoga but not yoga x-style. This fountain of youth workout incorporates flow, balance and strength and you'll leave feeling energized and maybe a little enlightened. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT.

Beach Body Blast with Kenta Seki: This heart-pumping workout is a “shore” thing! With a combination of cardio, kickboxing, and strength moves, Kenta will have you sweating up a storm while sculpting your entire body.


Sand Sculpted with Andrea Orbeck: Andrea Orbeck takes you through a series of flexibility moves to strengthen, elongate, and tone muscles, so you can look your best in summer’s short shorts and miniskirts. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT (OPTIONAL).


NAT-orious Abs with Natalie Raitano: Get ripped with Natalie’s ultimate abdominal exercises, hitting your upper abs, obliques and those hard-to-hit transverse muscles. Be ready to give your waistline a work out with jumping moves, plank work, and more!


Sweat Shop with Kendell Hogan: This total body workout makes you sweat in less time by combining compound exercises with high intensity cardio moves. Finish it off with an intense abs section. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT (OPTIONAL).


Power Yoga with Kenta Seki: Get an intense physical and mental workout with Kenta that will leave you feeling energized and looking your best. This dynamic form of yoga connects your breath with a series of flowing yoga moves, getting your blood pumping for all-over, inside out results! PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT.


The Warrior with Tony Horton: This is a total body workout, free of equipment, based on Tony's 10+ years working with the US Armed Forces. You'll circuit upper and lower body resistance with core and cardio work, essentially touching on every area of fitness in one workout.


MMX with Tony Horton: Tony will lead you through a heart-pumping mixed martial arts routine that includes moves from karate, kenpo, jiu-jitsu and judo. You will burn fat by taxing your upper-body, core, legs and flexibility.


Swimsuit Sleek with Cassey Ho: A series of intense ab exercises paired with innovative body-sculpting moves using weights to bring it to the next level. The fast-paced routine will keep your heart rate up and muscles crying!


Bikini Butt with Andrea Orbeck: Sculpt up like the supermodels do with challenging booty and thigh moves that will tone and tighten your lower body. Just the lift you need for swimsuit season!


Burn Your Buns! with Natalie Raitano: Set your butt and legs ablaze as Natalie leads you through a combination of low-impact cardio and plyometric moves. Switching it up between isometric holds and good old fashion squats and lunges, you’re guaranteed to walk away with a shaped up booty.

Pure Plyometrics with Tony Horton: Power up with Plyometrics! This leg and glute-blasting sequence burns calories, builds heart and lung capacity, and improves athletic performance.
