Celebrating the Southern fall harvest and bringing together noted chefs and food artisans from South Carolina to Virginia, the Southern Harvest dinner is a collaborative feast featuring executive chef and proprietor Kevin Johnson from The Grocery in Charleston, SC, star chef Jason Alley from Pasture and Comfort restaurants in Richmond, Craig Rogers from Border Springs in Virginia, and chefs Spencer Carter and Vanessa Haydock from the Weathervane at Southern Season. Joined by noted food artisans, cheesemakers, brewers and bakers, this feast will combine some of the best local ingredients with fantastic preparation and offer a rare opportunity to enjoy the cuisine of these Southern chefs in one special evening!
With a focal point on local and regional sourcing, this dinner is sure to please with live music and pairings of local craft beer, including Fullsteam Brewery, and sustainable wines from around the globe.
