The first of its kind, Chef Adam Pile is featuring the local delicacies of this Mediterranean island. Known for Jankara, the only DOCG Vermentino in the world, co-founder and estate operator Renato Spanu will be on hand to share the beauty of Sardinia’s winemaking.
