Pittsburgh's hottest party happens once a year at Salsita. Enjoy handcrafted Latin American tapas, authentic tropical drinks, and cast your vote for Pittsburgh's best salsa chef. Dance the night away to Noel Quintana and his Latin Crew and pick up a few dancing tips during a complimentary group lesson by Salsa Pittsburgh. VIP guests are invited to join us at 7 pm; With an array of tantalizing 'botanas' handcrafted 'bebidas' by experienced bartenders just waiting to serve you make this $80 ticket price a bargain. If amazing shopping gets you 'caliente', then you'll have plenty of time to peruse the hundreds of items donated by local and national merchants.  In addition, more Mexcian festivities will make this an authentic 'Cinco de Mayo' celebration (think PiÑatas and Loteria!)

Those planning to join us later in the evening for the 'General Party' (9:00 - 1:00 am @ $40) won't miss all the fun. The 'Luchador Loco' Photo Booth, the super 'Mercado' Silent Auction and the savory snacks from Latin America continue well into the evening. Live music will be performed by Mariachi Zelaya (from Indianapolis). And if you leave your dancing shoes at home you can still get a taste of salsa at our 'Homemade' Salsa Contest, complete with the 'People's Choice' and 'Celebrity Judges' awards.

$10 of every $40 General Admission ticket is a tax-deductible donation for which no goods or services are received. $30 of every $80 VIP ticket purchased is a tax deductible donation for which no goods or services are received. All additional donation amounts beyond ticket purchases are 100% tax-deductible. Donations will be used to support the Spanish language and cultural outreach programs at La Escuelita Arcoiris, a Pittsburgh nonprofit Spanish immersion preschool.
