The Reporter-Times' Scholastic Stars Dinner

Since 2011, The Reporter-Times and Mooreville-Decatur Times have invited area high schools to nominate star senior students. A panel of educators and newspaper staff members selects the top nominees to be recognized in a special section called Scholastic Stars, and we will honor these star students by hosting a dinner event where they will be applauded together and two scholarships will be awarded.
