Shot gun start 12:30pm

ENTRY FEE: $90.00 per individual or $360.00 per team of 4
(includes: green fees, cart & catered meal)

Format: Tournament will be played as a shot gun start with teams of 4.
If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.

Handicap:
Please submit your approx. score for 18-holes (to ensure teams are evenly matched)

Cancellation Policy:
1. If golf tournament is cancelled due to weather, the Humane Society will contact all players with a make-up date.
2. If player cancels or is a “no-show”, entry fee is non-refundable.
