If you are 14 years and under, you need to be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian aged 18 or over and they need to stay with you the entire time you’re at PAX Aus. Your parent or guardian will need to purchase a badge for you as well as themselves and they will need Photo ID/proof of age.
If you are 15 years and over, you need proof of age and photo ID. Please refer to the PAX Aus Age Policy for further information. Children 6 and under are free with a paid adult. Strollers and prams are not permitted in the Expo Floor at any time, but can be left in the Cloak Room.
Staying in Melbourne: As this is a very busy time of year in Melbourne, we strongly suggest you book your accommodation early. PAX Aus has secured some great rates through our partner, Ozaccom. See our Hotel and Travel page or click here: Ozaccom Bookings - PAX Australia 2016
3-Day International Badges: An allocation of badges has been set aside for international attendees. All badges need to be collected on site, presenting a copy of your passport, email confirmation of your badge purchase and flight confirmation or a copy of your visa. International badges cannot be resold.
Address or Name Changes: If you haven't ordered your badge on or before Thursday 1 September 2016, you will not be able to update your address. We recommend making arrangements with Australia Post to redirect or hold your mail if necessary. Badges will not be refunded or reissued for incorrect information if badges get sent to an old address. You should check with your post office for any badges that are undelivered or may have had an incorrect address listed.
If you have purchased your badge before the mailing cuttoff date and need to change the name or address for postage, you may log in to you Showclix account via http://www.showclix.com/my-tickets/login.
BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) Badges: BYOC badges are available for those wishing to bring their own computer and leave it at PAX Aus during the three day period, securing your own ‘space’. A special BYOC area is located alongside PC Freeplay. Limited availability and badges are sold on a first come, first served basis. You need to purchase a three day badge (or three single day badges) plus a BYOC badge. A BYOC badge on its own, will not give you entry to PAX Aus. Additionally you MUST be 18 or over to purchase a BYOC badge and enter the BYOC area.
Show policy:
Badges are limited to six (6) per transaction. If you require more than six badges, you must notify us or your order may be cancelled. This is to prevent scalping.
All ticket prices are for online sales only and will be subject to a surcharge if purchased at the show (providing tickets are not sold out beforehand).
No exchanges or refunds (except with appropriate insurance).
No replacement of lost or stolen badges.
No resale of badges over their original value.
No resale of international badges. See Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
