2012 Nowruz Festival

Join us for our annual celebration of the first day of Spring. Please invite all of your friends as well. Bring your friends to Discovery Green, and let's celebrate one of the oldest continuous festivals in human history together.

This year, our main entertainer will be none other than Shahram Shabpareh, who will be performing the entire evening. Houston's one and only Amin Marashi will perform with his band and DJ Kamran will keep us moving the entire day.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door so please purchase your tickets ahead of time. Please contact the ICF office for more details at tickets@icfhouston.org.

Children under 10 admitted free.

Other festivities include:

- Merchandise bazaar
- Opportunity to sign up for ICF Persian language classes and other cultural classes
- Opportunity to take pictures with the traditional Nowruz table spread (Haft Seen)
- Live Persian classical and pop entertainment
- Persian food and drink
- Children's area
