Hello! We have arranged this private charter bus service just for our wedding guests so that you may have transportation between NYC and Williamstown. We hope that this bus can ease your transportation concerns!

This bus will provide round trip transportation between NYC and Williamstown. It will depart NYC on Friday, April 13, 2012, at 1pm. It will depart Williamstown on Sunday, April 15, 2012, at 10am. You have the option of purchasing a round trip ticket or a one way ticket. If you are interested in bus transportation, but not able to make these times, please check Peter Pan Bus which departs NYC every day at 5:00 pm. Please feel free to combine Peter Pan Bus and the Private Charter Bus to complete your transportation needs.

This bus will provide non-stop service between NYC and Williamstown and we anticipate that the trip will take between 3 1/2 hours to 4 hours. However, we ask that you make your plans with plenty of time in case the trip takes longer than anticipated.

The maximum capacity of the bus is 56 passengers. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Once you have made your reservation, no tickets will be necessary. The bus driver or a designated point person will have a list of all of the passengers with reservations.

About two weeks prior to the wedding, you will receive an email with detailed information about where and when to meet based on your reservation.
