Sauté and Sip! The Steamboat Wine Festival teams up with Colorado Mountain College to bring you this interactive and unique brunch experience. Whether you love to cook, or just like to eat, world-class brunch is the order of the day and skill level is no obstacle. CMC’s qualified chef instructors will lead guests through a hands-on cooking experience delivered with professional tips and techniques. With chef’s guidance and instruction, guests will prepare and cook a scrumptious brunch that includes fresh ground (we'll grind it here together) breakfast sausage, Brioche French Toast, quiche with cooks choice ingredients, and a salad with vinaigrette (so the quiche with salad would make sense together then the French toast with sausage would make sense together - two options).  As every serious bruncher knows, food is only half of the equation. Sip on slightly sweeter vs. a dry bubbles as you create your sweet and savory dishes.
