Sauté and Sip! The Park City Food & Wine Classic teams up with the Salt Lake Culinary Center to bring you this interactive and unique brunch experience. Whether you love to cook, or just like to eat, world-class brunch is the order of the day and skill level is no obstacle. SLCC’s qualified chef instructors will lead guests through a hands-on cooking experience delivered with professional tips and techniques.
With chef’s guidance and instruction, and whisks in hand and over open-flame, guests will prepare and cook a scrumptious brunch that includes Brioche French Toast with Fresh Berries and Mascarpone, Baked Eggs with Spinach, Prosciutto and Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Sweet Potato-Pork Belly Hash.
As every serious bruncher knows, food is only half of the equation. Brunch will be accompanied by special cocktails and pairing courtesy of Wine Academy of Utah owner and Sommelier James Santangelo.

Salt Lake Culinary Center is the city’s premiere cooking school for the enthusiastic home cook. Locally owned and operated, the school uniquely offers students comprehensive, hands-on classes focused on culinary techniques, cooking methods, advancing culinary skills, fun and knowledge. Classes are scheduled during daytime and evening hours as well as on weekends. Class curriculum includes international cuisine, entertaining, essential kitchen skills, baking, and much more. Salt Lake Culinary Center is available for private events for groups of 12 to 100.
