(PALM SPRINGS) Mark your calendars and book your flights: Mouse is about to rock the Hall of Fame house.
On January 10, 2014, legendary Darrel "Mouse" Davis, godfather of the fire-breathing Run 'n' Shoot offense and the name synonymous with revolutionizing the modern passing game, will be the keynote speaker at the AAA League Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Awards.
The historic event will be held for the first time at the breathtaking Desert Princess Golf & Country Club Resort in Coachella Valley's Palm Springs. The star-studded AAA Hall of Fame Awards has limited seating and will attract players and coaches from around the country and the globe.
The SoCal Coyotes are the host team.
That night, as new members are enshrined, Hall of Fame Commissioner and Founder Dick Suess will preside over a crowd that promises to be a Who's Who in the football community.
"This will be the biggest Hall of Fame event in history," Suess said. "The inductees are world-class, and so is the venue."
This will be the first time the banquet and game have been held outside of Las Vegas, and will attract hundreds of fans, players and coaches to the Coachella Valley.
In recent years, attendees have come from around the world, including England, France, Spain, Italy and Germany.
