The Elite BYOC Drawing (the “Drawing”) begins on Monday, March 24 at 1:00 pm ET and ends on Sunday , March 30, 2025 at 11:00pm ET (the “Drawing Period”). At the end of the Drawing Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select up to one hundred (100) individuals who will be invited to purchase one (1) “Elite BYOC Ticket” (defined below). By participating in the Drawing, each individual unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Bethesda Softworks, LLC, 1370 Piccard Drive, Rockville, MD 20850 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
There is no fee or purchase required to enter the Drawing. If you are selected, you will be required to purchase the Elite BYOC Ticket for USD $400.00.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry into the Drawing.
How to Enter: To enter, visit https://www.showclix.com/application/2025QCBYOCEliteRequest and follow the instructions to complete the form with all information requested. Click “Submit” to submit your information to be considered in the Drawing. Upon completion and submission of the form, you will automatically be entered. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by the end of the Drawing Period in order to participate. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Drawing. All required information on the form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Proof of entering information at the website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.
Selection and Notification: At the end of the Drawing Period, up to one hundred(100) individuals will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Drawing Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Individuals selected will be notified by e-mail using the contact information given at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.
Each individual selected will receive an email with a link to purchase one (1) Elite BYOC Ticket (“Notification”). A valid credit card is required to purchase the Elite BYOC Ticket. Upon successful purchase of the BYOC Ticket, selected individuals will receive an email confirmation confirming their purchase and providing vouchers for the Elite BYOC Ticket.
Selected individuals will have until Sunday, April 6 at 11:00 pm ET to purchase the Elite BYOC Ticket. If a selected individual fails to purchase the Elite BYOC Ticket within this period, Sponsor will select an alternate entry from all remaining eligible entries in the same manner.
Elite BYOC Ticket: The Elite BYOC Ticket consists of one(1) Elite level ticket to QuakeCon2025, taking place on August 7-10, 2024,in Grapevine, Texas. The Elite BYOC Ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL, ACCOMODATION, LODGING, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, OR MEALS. Each individual is solely responsible for travel to and from QuakeCon, lodging, ground transportation, and meals.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THE ELITE BYOC TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE, CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, OR REDEEMED FOR CASH. THE ELITE BYOC TICKET IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND CANNOT BE RESOLD. ANY ATTEMPT TO TRANSFER OR RESELL THE ELITE BYOC TICKET WILL BE VOID.
Sponsor (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and is hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Drawing or from participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the Elite BYOC Ticket, and (B) has not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the BYOC Ticket, including, without limitation, to the Elite BYOC Ticket'squality or fitness for a particular purpose.
