The Home Tour is going on as scheduled 


A Holiday Home Tour of 8 Beautiful Homes in  Historic Virginia Manor, featuring continuous live music.  Ring in the holiday season with this festive tour to benefit the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra!


The Holiday Home Tour will have a morning and afternoon session.


The Manor Oak Ticket Booth and Jefferson School drive through on Moffet Street will open at 10:00 am for check in and ticket purchases.


Morning: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm


Afternoon: 2:00 pm- 5:00 pm


Tickets $60 - are available online and at designated local retailers. ( tax deductible, non-refundable)


$70 - Day-of-tour tickets will be available only at the indoor ticket counter in the Manor Oak Two Office building across from 100 Roessler Road.  These are cash only, subject to availability.


 Free Molly's Trolleys will transport visitors from the parking lots to Virginia Manor and selected stops on the tour.


This self-guided tour includes admission to 8 exquisitely decorated homes in the Virginia Manor neighborhood of Mount Lebanon.  Throughout the day, classical ensembles will perform seasonal music as guests are treated to docent-led tours of the first floor of each home.


TOUR PROCEDURE


Please note, all visitors must check in at the ticket booths before proceeding to the tour. No programs will be distributed from the homes.  


 Free Parking is available in the Manor Oak lots all day, at Jefferson Middle School, and on one side of the street in Virginia Manor.  Signs and volunteers will direct you to the ticket booths located in the lobby of Manor Oak Two and the outside of Jefferson Middle School. 


 All visitors must check in at the ticket booths; if you purchased your tickets online, bring a printed or digital copy of your receipt.


 You will receive a tour program for the day. This program is necessary for entrance into the homes.  No one will be admitted without one.  Home tour addresses are listed in the program along with a map of the area. You may tour the homes in any order. There will be signs and docents on site to help direct you through the neighborhood.


 Free Molly's Trolleys will shuttle all visitors from the ticket/parking area to the Virginia Manor neighborhood. The shuttle will also be available to transport people between the homes and back to the parking lots.


 Restroom facilities are available in the Manor Oak Building.


 TICKET BOOTHS & CHECK IN -  Doors open at the Manor Oak Ticket Booth Jefferson Middle School drive through at 10:00 am.


.A Ticket Booth will be located in the lobby of the Manor Oak Two office building. Printed or digital receipts from online ticket purchases will be exchanged here for programs which will admit you to the homes.   The ticket booth will be the only location for same day ticket purchases and "Will Call" from phone purchases. Credit cards will not be accepted at the Ticket Booth.  


The Manor Oak Two office buiding is located across the street from 100 Roessler Road.  Look for balloons and signs directing you to this location. From this site guests may park and take Molly's Trolleys or drive to on-street parking in Virginia Manor.


A drive-through booth will be available at the Jefferson Middle School parking lot at 21 Moffett Street.  This site is for pre-purchased tickets only.  Tour guests will drive up, exchange their tickets for program booklets, then drive to on street parking in Virginia Manor.  There will be limited parking at the school for guests who want to walk or take provided transportation.  Tickets will not be for sale at this location.  To buy same-day tickets you must go to Manor Oak Two.


 HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS


ONLINE: 


 Tickets may be purchased via ShowClix using a credit card. Bring a printed or digital copy of your receipt to the ticket booth, which will be located in the lobby of the Manor Oak Two office building on Cochran Road or the drive through at Jefferson Middle School.


PHONE: Tickets may also be purchased over the phone via ShowClix by dialing 1-888-718-4253. When calling, press 1 for Customer Care to be connected to a representative and make sure to say that you are calling about tickets for Symphony Splendor on November 20. Phone sales are open Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm and 12pm-5pm Saturday-Sunday.

TICKET OUTLETS:  Tickets are available for sale at the following retailers with cash only.

PARKING


Free parking is available in the Manor Oak Two parking lots located across from 100 Roessler Road, Scott Township.  Roessler Road is right off Cochran Road.   


Parking is also available in the Jefferson Middle School parking lot, 21 Moffett Street.


Limited parking is also available on one side of the streets throughout Virginia Manor.


 TOUR GUIDELINES


In order to ensure an enjoyable day for all participants, we ask that you observe the following guidelines.



  • The tour begins at 11:00 AM and concludes at 5:00 PM.

  • Homes can be toured in any order with tour docents in each home.  Please respect owner privacy of roped-off areas and closed doors.

  • If parking in Virginia Manor, please do not block driveways and park on the indicated side of the street so that trolleys and tour guests can travel easily.

  • Each guest will be provided with booties to tour the homes.  We ask that you wear comfortable, low-heeled shoes for your safety.

  • Please refrain from taking any photographs with cameras or cell phones.

  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in any of the homes.

  • Children 12 and over are welcome with an adult and a ticket.

  • Your ticket purchase is a donation and is not refundable.

  • Umbrellas and large bags must be checked at the entrance.


 The Pittsburgh Symphony Association is an all volunteer, community organization dedicated to raising money to benefit the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. It has no role in the administration of the orchestra or the operation of Heinz Hall. Our events highlight the importance of this cultural treasure in our community, which is why we continue to conduct our events with symphony musicians volunteering their performances; 18 musicians from the symphony have volunteered to perform in the homes on this special day!
