 Princess Zara returns home from Britain to the idyllic tropical kingdom of Utopia, ruled by her father "whose despotism is tempered by dynamite." She brings the British Flowers of Progress, who convince the Utopians to embrace capitalism, even incorporating the kingdom itself as Utopia Limited. What happens when the Utopians out-English the English?
