Metro Collective - Outernational DC

This Friday, the spectacular event presented by FotoweekDC - Outernational DC is all about worldview, crossing boundaries of geography and of expectations. An extraordinary fusion of photography and music. This is Photocinema, a powerful, immersive experience, redefining how photography can make us feel.

Outernational DC is a collaboration by ESL Music, Metro Collective, Claudi Carreras, and Robin Bell:

- Expressive, humanistic documentary imagery by the twelve photographers of Metro Collective, curated by Barcelona's esteemed Claudi Carreras for a unique projection/installation.

- Live musical soundscape by Eric Hilton of Thievery Corporation, in tandem with live image mixing by Robin Bell.

- Pre-show atmospherics by Eighteenth Street Lounge resident DJ Thomas Blondet. Post-show set by The Funk Ark to carry a party vibe into the extended hours.

Open bar with admission. The debut of Outernational at last year's FotoWeekDC was a sold-out hit. This year's event takes it to a whole new level.

Online tickets sales will close at 6pm Friday. Tickets will be sold at the door for $40.
