The 3rd Annual Decatur Celebration Kick Off Concert features Country A Cappella Band and Champions of NBC’s The Sing-Off, Home Free, and Country Rock Band, LOCASH, on Thursday, August 6 at the Decatur Civic Center Arena.  Tickets are $20 general admission.
