The Cease is Increase is an Oral History of Milwaukee's punk & alternative music scene, from the 1970's and 80's. I have compiled hours of audio interviews with band members, DJ's, music critics, and fans. As an oral history, the story is told in the narrative of the person being interviewed. All the players in the story have their own unique story to tell.
