Passport to France presented by Wheels Up

Journey with us to France by way of food and wine! Passport to France, the first event in our 2023 Wine Series presented by Wheels Up, will transport you through the diverse terroir of the world’s most prominent wine-producing region on February 24. 

Throughout history, there has been no country more steeped in wine than France. With a long and storied cultural tradition of vinification, the French laid the framework for the modern regulation of wine and gave rise to many of the world’s most famous and successful grape varieties, like Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 

Join us as we gather on the terrace from 6:30pm-9pm to explore this wine-rich culture and taste over 100 selections from iconic regions like Burgundy and Bordeaux, and influential areas like the Loire and Rhone Valleys. Small plates, wine samples and live music provided throughout the evening. 

Evening Menu: 

• Marinated Olives & Country Pate
  Watercress, Cornichon, Mustard


• Steak Tartare
  Wagyu Beef, Fried Shallots, Egg Yolk, Country Toast


• Coq au Vin
  Red Wine Braised Chicken, Roasted Mushrooms, Carrots, Chicken Demi Glace


• Potato Fondant, Truffle Garlic Aioli


• Butter Poached Wagyu Beef
  Béarnaise, Pomme Frites


• Tarte au Citron


• Paris Brest


• Crème Brûlée
